Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered to the correct address but you did not receive it, we recommend first contacting your local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) with your tracking number. If the order isΒ returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-receipt, and you request a refund instead of a reshipment,Β we will only refund the item costΒ shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Inspect the delivery area

    • Couriers often leave packages at:

      • Garage

      • Porch or doorstep (front/back)

      • Window ledge or lawn

  4. Check for a delivery attempt notice

    • Look in your:

      • Email inbox (confirmation or tracking updates)

      • Text messages (if applicable)

      • Account messages fromΒ
