Production & Shipping Information Each of our products is thoughtfully made to order using high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 5 to 9 business days for production and shipping, depending on your location and the current volume of orders. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.  As each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that all supporters and collaborators ensure they are fully informed of these timelines and policies before placing an order.
